  • I, too, found this recipe salty. I followed it closely, using leftover prime rib for the protein. I’m not sure what caused the saltiness. Maybe, less soy, more water in the sauce? Otherwise, it came together easily and was a quick weeknight meal.

  • I don’t know if anyone has noticed but the recipe is slightly different on the website vs the video. I’ve made it the same as the video and it has been a great recipe. Thank you

  • My Wok is still on it’s way so I made this in a skillet. Even so, it turned out great for my first try. Next time I will marinate the (cheap cut) meat longer, maybe add some fish sauce for a little extra flavor, and for my personal serving, Siracha. Looking forward to cooking your other recipes!
