This rice cooker hack blueberry jam recipe is so effortless — no chopping, no crushing, no stirring, and no babysitting needed! Just toss everything into the rice cooker, press a button, and you will get the perfect blueberry jam.
Tip: You can multiply the ingredients if you want to make a bigger batch.

Ingredients
- 300g fresh blueberries
- 150g granulated sugar
- 2 tsp lemon juice
Directions
Add the fresh blueberries, granulated sugar, and lemon juice to your rice cooker.
- Close the lid and press the “Cook Rice” button. That’s it! No stirring required during cooking. Feel free to open the lid and check occasionally, but it’s not necessary.
- In about 30 to 40 minutes, the rice cooker will automatically stop once it's done cooking. You'll have perfectly thick, glossy blueberry jam.
- You can can it for long-term storage, but I just store it in regular clean containers as the jam will be gone quickly. Spread it on toast, pancakes, or anything you like. Enjoy!
