Directions

1. Soak the coix seeds, wild rice, red beans, mung beans in water overnight.

2. combine the jasmine rice with the soaked multi-grains. Rinse thoroughly then drain completely.
3. Add 2.5-3 cups of water to the multi-grain rice. Bring it to a boil. Then turn the heat to low. Simmer with the lid covered for 18 minutes. The water amount depends on how hard or soft you want your rice to be.
