  • Another great recipe Mandy! I used giant squid tentacles, and subbed green onions for the garlic chives. Also used 3 bird chilis for my chili pepper. Small addition of numbing oil in the sauce as it seemed like a Szechuan type recipe. Squid was very tender using your method and quite tasty! I ate way more rice with it . Very memorable meal😁. Using your Wok! Excellent work for Any recipe.
