Beef and broccoli is a popular and easy Chinese takeout dish. In this video, you will learn my techniques which will ensure your broccoli stays fresh and your beef turns out juicy and tender. Let’s get right into it.

  • I’ve been making this recipe for a long time. It’s always perfect. I just absolutely love that sauce. Little tip for anybody who has to use frozen broccoli. Let it thaw while you’re making the meal and then toss it into the sauce for about a minute at the end and it will be crisp and perfect and not get soggy in the leftovers if you have any.

  • Hello, My wife and I love your recipes, We just wish you post the yield so we know how much to cook. We are assuming the beef and broccoli recipe is for 2 servings?

  • I, too, found this recipe salty. I followed it closely, using leftover prime rib for the protein. I’m not sure what caused the saltiness. Maybe, less soy, more water in the sauce? Otherwise, it came together easily and was a quick weeknight meal.

  • I don’t know if anyone has noticed but the recipe is slightly different on the website vs the video. I’ve made it the same as the video and it has been a great recipe. Thank you

  • My Wok is still on it’s way so I made this in a skillet. Even so, it turned out great for my first try. Next time I will marinate the (cheap cut) meat longer, maybe add some fish sauce for a little extra flavor, and for my personal serving, Siracha. Looking forward to cooking your other recipes! Thank you for sharing all of this.
