Scallion Flavored Noodles

Scallion Oil Noodles, Cong You Ban Mian (葱油拌面), is an old shanghai style noodle recipe. Cong you (葱油) means scallion oil. Ban (拌) means to stir or mix. So this dish means scallion oil mixed with noodles. It is one of my favorite breakfasts. It is easy to make. The ingredients are simple, but the taste is extraordinarily delicious.
