Chicken and Broccoli

Chicken and broccoli is a super healthy dish and it is so easy to make. I toasted the broccoli first so the vegetable has a lot of flavors. the chicken is tender and savory. You have to try this. it is hundred times better than take out.

  • Another winner. I’m allergic to eggs, so I used baking soda to tenderise the chicken. Chinese cooking wine is the only ingredient my AsianMart doesn’t carry, so I used sake instead. The chicken came out so juicy and tender. The tip to sear the broccoli is one I’ll carry forward in other recipes.
