How much is shipping?
USA - shipping is free for all states (ex. Hawaii and Alaska)
Rest of the World - Many times shipping is free, but ultimately depends on your region, please go through the checkout process to understand your shipping costs.
How do you ship?
We ship using USPS, UPS and occasionally Amazon FBA for USA orders. Your package should get to you in 3-5 business days. For international orders we use a variety of carriers. Shipping times vary depending on country.
When can I expect my order?
Please be aware that it takes around 1 business day to process your order. For most regions, you can expect your order to be received 3-5 business days after it is processed. You will receive an email with a tracking number after your order has been processed. Due to the current issues in the USA and around the world, there may be a slight delay in shipping times. We appreciate your patience and understanding if your order faces this problem.
Do you offer expedited shipping?
Not through checkout. If expedited shipping is important to you, and cost is no issues, please reach out to our customer service and ask how much to ship it overnight or via 2 day shipping.
Missing or lost packages
If you have any issues with a missing or lost package, please contact us immediately. We will look into the issue and help resolve it.
