  • Made this tonight, as well as the Jiaoyan seasoning (although I must confess I had to use ground white pepper not having whole peppercorns), and it turned out spectacular! I loved the mala sensation, much like the first time I had Country-style chicken at our favorite Szechuan restaurant. I cannot wait to try it with other vegetables! (Of course my love for Chinese cooking was only made possible by your wonderful wok, and how well it works on our glass top, electric stove.)Thanks Mandy!
