This is a traditional Beijing recipe – 门钉肉饼. The name 门钉means the doornail on the gate of The Imperial Palace in Beijing which refers to the shape of this beef pancake. I have no idea how to translate this in English so let me just call it doornail dumpling. It is really juicy and delicious.
