Sizzling Rice Soup Recipe

Sizzling rice seafood soup is hearty and steaming warm, which makes it the ideal recipe for cold winter days, and it's bound to bring impressions as it sizzles when you serve, adding some playful interaction to your dining experience. In China, we usually buy semi-made rice crackers, but I am in the USA now, which means we have to make it from scratch.
