Sliced Pork Belly

It is a classic Sichuan dish – pork belly slices with garlic sauce. It is my all-time favorite. Every piece of meat is thinly sliced and coated with that savory garlic sauce, so flavorful and garlicky. Hope you will enjoy it!

  • I followed the exact steps. Pork belly is extremely bland. Garlic sauce super bitter to the extent that the entire dish became inedible. And the recipe is actually just a transcript of the video with really useless information in the middle of the steps. When I try to get back into the recipe I have to figure out where I was and this side track information could be moved into notes. Overall, I tried another recipe from this site as well (pepper steak) and that was also not very good. I don’t recommend these recipes at all.
